A case study becomes easier to follow when the problem is clear before the solution appears. I start by asking what needed to change, who the work was for and which constraints mattered. That gives the later decisions a useful frame.

The story can then focus on a few meaningful choices instead of documenting every step. A reader should be able to connect a design decision to the original task. This makes the work assessable even when the project remains small in scope.
