A portfolio presents public work, while a client portal shares information with a specific account. Those spaces need different content and access rules. I want the interface to make that distinction clear before someone starts using it.
A portal can show project progress, shared tasks and a person's own requests. Internal notes and unrelated records should stay outside that view. Signing in begins the experience, but the permissions attached to each record determine what the person can actually see.
