My work history includes art direction. For me, presenting that experience means distinguishing visual direction from individual production and team contributions. A role title provides a starting point, but it cannot explain every responsibility on its own.
I want the portfolio to make those boundaries readable through the work. An explanation can identify the visual problem, the direction explored and the contribution I made. That is a stronger account of experience than attaching a broad leadership claim to every finished image.
